Place bananas, yogurt, coffee, sugar, and cocoa in a food processor. Process on high speed until mixture is completely smooth and creamy, scraping down sides if necessary. Stir in chopped chocolate.
Transfer ice cream to a 2-qt container and freeze until firm, about 2-3 hours.
