Heat butter in a medium skillet over medium heat. Add ramen, almonds, and sesame seeds and toast until golden brown, stirring occasionally.
Place ginger, garlic, soy sauce, hot sauce, honey, rice vinegar, and canola oil in a blender. Blend dressing on high speed until smooth and season with salt and pepper to taste.
In a large shallow bowl, whisk soy sauce, brown sugar, and hot sauce until smooth. Coat salmon in marinade and let sit 30 minutes.
Remove salmon from marinade and sear in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat 3-4 minutes per side until salmon is golden brown.
Arrange greens in a serving bowl and top with salmon fillets, ramen bits, avocado, mandarin oranges, and green onions.
Drizzle ginger dressing over salad and serve salad immediately while salmon is warm. Enjoy!
