Combine red potatoes, green beans, butter, oregano, basil, salt, and pepper until evenly coated and spread in a single layer on a large sheet pan. Roast at 400F 20-25 minutes.
Reduce oven heat to 375F and carve out a space in center of sheet pan for flounder. Remove flounder fillets from package and arrange on sheet pan.
Roast flounder and vegetables an additional 15-18 minutes until fish registers 145F and red potatoes and green beans are tender.
Serve flounder warm with red potatoes, green beans, and slices of warmed French bread if desired. Enjoy!
