- Tomatoes - Garlic - Balsamic vinegar - Granulated sugar - Basil
- Gnocchi - Olive oil - Unsalted butter - Parmesan cheese
In a medium bowl, combine tomatoes, garlic, balsamic, sugar, and basil. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Heat 1 tablespoon butter and olive oil in a skillet. Add gnocchi and cook until crispy. Flip gnocchi, add another 1/2 tablespoon butter, and cook until crispy.
Melt butter over medium heat, swirling until butter is a deep golden brown.
Drizzle browned butter over gnocchi and spoon tomato topping on top. Top gnocchi with basil and Parmesan and serve warm. Enjoy!
