- Greek yogurt - Lemon - Dill - Garlic - Chickpeas - All-purpose flour
- Egg - Cumin - Coriander - Vegetable oil
In a small bowl, combine yogurt, lemon, dill, garlic, salt, and pepper until smooth and creamy. Refrigerate sauce until ready to use.
Place chickpeas in a large bowl and use a potato masher or a fork to mash well.
Add flour, egg, dill, garlic, cumin, coriander, salt, and pepper. Fold until dough is just combined.
Form dough into 5 uniform patties and place on a cutting board or plate.
Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Place fritters in pan and sear 3-4 minutes on each side until golden-brown.
Serve fritters immediately warm with Greek yogurt dipping sauce. Enjoy!
