In a large bowl, combine sliced apples, melted vanilla ice cream, flour, sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, allspice, and cloves.
Roll pastry out to fit a 9-inch pie pan and crimp edges. Spoon apple filling into crust and chill while preparing topping.
In a medium bowl, combine flour, granulated sugar, brown sugar, cinnamon, and melted butter until crumbly.
Sprinkle topping evenly over apples. Bake pie at 375F 50-60 minutes until crust and topping is golden brown and apples are tender.
Allow pie to cool completely before slicing. Serve slices with vanilla ice cream on top. Enjoy!
