- Soy sauce - Rice wine vinegar - Honey - Garlic - Ginger - Brown sugar
- Cornstarch - Chicken thighs - Pineapple - Green onions - Rice
In a large bowl, whisk water, soy sauce, vinegar, honey, garlic, ginger, brown sugar, and cornstarch. Add chicken to marinade and marinate 2 hours or up to 12.
When ready to grill, preheat grill to 400F. Remove chicken from marinade and pat dry. Grill chicken and pineapple until chicken registers 165F.
Bring marinade to a simmer in a small saucepan over medium heat. Reduce heat to medium-low and allow to simmer 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Brush chicken and pineapple with sauce and top with green onions. Serve chicken with rice and enjoy!
