- Graham crackers - Granulated sugar - Unsalted butter - Cream cheese - Vanilla extract - Eggs
- Brown sugar - Honey - Heavy cream - Salt - Pecans
In a small bowl, combine graham crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Pat into the bottom of a 9-inch square baking dish. Bake crust at 350F 8-10 minutes.
In a medium bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar together until creamy. Beat in vanilla and egg until smooth and pour over crust. Bake at 350F 15-20 minutes until top is just set.
In a small saucepan, bring brown sugar, honey, butter, and heavy cream to a simmer until golden-brown. Fold in vanilla, salt, pecans, and egg.
Carefully spoon pecan topping over partially-baked cheesecake. Bake bars at 350F 20-25 minutes until a light golden brown.
Allow bars to cool completely on a wire cooling rack then transfer to fridge to chill completely before slicing and serving. Enjoy!
