Pecan Shortbread Cookies

In a large bowl, beat butter and sugar together until smooth and creamy.

Mix butter and sugar


Fold salt, vanilla, cinnamon, flour, and pecans into butter mixture until dough is smooth and combined.

Finish the dough


Wrap dough in plastic wrap and chill in refrigerator 2 hours or up to 6 days.

Chill dough
