Small Batch Brownies

These brownies feature...

- Unsalted butter - Bittersweet chocolate - Eggs - Granulated sugar - Vanilla extract

- Cocoa powder - Cornstarch - Kosher salt - Vanilla ice cream

Ingredients

Place butter and chocolate in a small bowl and microwave 1-2 minutes, stirring at 30 second intervals until melted. Allow to cool slightly.

In a medium bowl, mix eggs, sugar, vanilla, cocoa, cornstarch, salt, and melted chocolate mixture until smooth.

Pour brownie batter into 2 greased 8-oz ramekins. Bake brownies at 350F 20-25 minutes until tops are cracked (center should still be soft).

Allow brownies cool slightly (centers will deflate a bit) then serve warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream in center. Enjoy!
