- Ground chicken and tender ramen noodles - A sweet and spicy chili sauce - Minutes to make and an easy weeknight dinner
- Sesame oil - Ground chicken - Green onions - Garlic - Ginger - Sweet chili sauce
- Brown sugar - Soy sauce - Rice wine vinegar - Ramen - Sesame seeds - Red pepper flakes
Heat sesame oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add ground chicken and white parts of onion and cook until chicken is no longer pink.
Reduce heat to medium and add garlic, ginger, and green parts of onion and cook 2-3 minutes until fragrant.
In a small bowl, combine sweet chili sauce, brown sugar, soy sauce, and rice wine vinegar.
Add cooked noodles and sauce to skillet and cook 3-4 minutes until everything is evenly coated in sauce.
Season noodles with salt and pepper to taste if needed and top with sesame seeds and red pepper flakes for garnish. Enjoy!
