- Browned sausage, kale, and white beans - A flavorful miso broth - Minutes to make and only a handful of ingredients needed
- Vegetable oil - Italian sausage - Yellow onion - Carrot - Garlic
- White beans - Kale - White miso
Heat vegetable oil in a dutch oven or medium pot over medium-high heat. Add sausage and cook until browned, breaking meat up with a spoon.
In same pan, saute onion and carrot in drippings until tender. Add garlic and miso and cook 1-2 additional minutes until fragrant.
Stir chicken broth and white beans into soup and simmer 5-10 minutes. Transfer 1-1/2 cups of soup to a blender and blend until smooth.
Stir pureed soup, kale, and sausage back into pot and cook 5 additional minutes until kale is wilted. Serve soup warm and enjoy!
