  • Place ice cream, bananas, pumpkin, brown sugar, pumpkin pie spice, vanilla extract, and 1/2 cup milk in a blender. Blend on high speed until smooth and thin with additional milk until milkshake is your desired consistency.
  • Divide shake between 4 glasses and top with whipped cream, banana slices, and crushed gingersnap cookies. Serve immediately and enjoy!
