Chunky Greek-Style Guacamole

Unbelievably fresh-tasting and loaded with a plethora of flavorful greek ingredients, this easy chunky-style guacamole will quickly become your gotta-have summer appetizer!

Servings 3 cups guacamole

Ingredients

  • 3 ripe avocados pitted, peeled and diced
  • Juice from 1 lime
  • 1/2 a small jalapeno pepper minced
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 medium tomatoes diced
  • 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Tortilla chips for serving

Instructions

  • In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Enjoy with chips, on grilled meat, salads, ect!

Notes

Store guacamole in refrigerator up to 4 days.
