Packed with fresh Greek-inspired ingredients and ready in minutes, this Greek guacamole is unbelievably fresh-tasting and goes great with pita chips for dipping.

If a big bowlful of chunky guac isn’t the best way to face a Monday, I just really don’t know what is.
Or any day for that matter. I’m really struggling to think of a day that couldn’t be improved if this glorious guac wasn’t a part of it.

Leave it to Greek ingredients to improve something that was already pretty much perfect, amiright? Somehow that’s the case here today and you may never want your guacamole the classic way again.
This Guacamole Features…
- Creamy smashed avocados
- Fresh cherry tomatoes and cucumber
- Tangy feta and kalamata olives

Making the Guacamole
(scroll down to the bottom of the post for the full recipe)
Ingredients You Will Need
- Avocados
- Cherry tomatoes
- Cucumber
- Red onion
- Feta cheese
- Kalamata olives
- Lemon juice
- Parsley

Tips for Perfect Guacamole
- Mash avocados with fork or potato masher – I find its easiest to mash the avocado first and then add the additional ingredients.
- Use fresh lemon juice and parsley – using these ingredients fresh is key for a flavorful guacamole.
- Store guacamole in refrigerator – if you can, I recommend serving guacamole immediately after making for the freshest flavor and best texture, but it will also store fine in the fridge up to 4 days.
Recipe Variations
Try these ideas for a different twist on this guacamole.
- Make it spicy – try adding a minced jalapeno, serrano, or habanero pepper.
- Use another cheese – try cotija or goat cheese in place of the feta.
- Skip the olives – leave out the olives if you’re not a fan.
Serving Suggestions
This guacamole is great served with pita chips but we also love it on top of salads, burrito bowls, in a wrap, or as a toast spread.

This really is a guac for the record books. The crunchy cukes add such a lovely texture element against the creamy avocado while the feta + kalamatas add so much extra flavor.
Ready those pita chips and prepare to scrape this bowl clean because we’re not playing around with how addictive this stuff is!
