Anywaaaaayz. Hiya, friends! It’s officially Monday again, I’ve officially lost my weekend again and I don’t know about you but the shove-it-all-in-your-face comfort food is just really calling my name today.

For something so simple, this guac is just so gosh-darn, spoon face-shoving GOOD. Mm! Mm! Good guac!

Chunky Greek-Style Guacamole
- 3 ripe avocados pitted, peeled and diced
- Juice from 1 lime
- 1/2 a small jalapeno pepper minced
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 2 medium tomatoes diced
- 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Tortilla chips for serving
- In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Enjoy with chips, on grilled meat, salads, ect!
