Ingredients
4mediumripe tomatoes, cored and diced
1-2mediumjalapenos, diced (leave the seeds in for an extra kick of heat)
1/4cupfreshly-squeezed lime juice
1/4cupfirmly-packed cilantro
1/2cupdiced sweet onion
1smallclove garlic, peeled
Salt and pepper to taste
Tortilla chips for serving
Instructions
Place all ingredients in a food processor or blender. Pulse salsa several times until everything is finely chopped and salsa reaches your desired consistency.
Season salsa with salt and pepper to taste and store in refrigerator until ready to serve. Enjoy with tortilla chips!
