Loaded with lots of juicy summer tomatoes and a mild kick of heat, this fresh tomato salsa is incredible with crispy tortilla chips and blends up in less than 10 minutes in your food processor!

Ingredients

  • 4 medium ripe tomatoes, cored and diced
  • 1-2 medium jalapenos, diced (leave the seeds in for an extra kick of heat)
  • 1/4 cup freshly-squeezed lime juice
  • 1/4 cup firmly-packed cilantro
  • 1/2 cup diced sweet onion
  • 1 small clove garlic, peeled
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Tortilla chips for serving

Instructions

  • Place all ingredients in a food processor or blender. Pulse salsa several times until everything is finely chopped and salsa reaches your desired consistency.
  • Season salsa with salt and pepper to taste and store in refrigerator until ready to serve. Enjoy with tortilla chips!
