  • In a small bowl, combine chili powder, paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, cayenne pepper, salt, brown sugar, and lime zest. Rub seasoning mix all over chicken thighs.
  • Preheat an outdoor grill to medium-high heat or lightly grease and heat a grill pan on stovetop.
  • Grill chicken over medium-high heat, turning occasionally until chicken registers 165F. Remove chicken from grill and squeeze fresh lime juice over top. Serve chicken warm and enjoy!
