Homemade garlic croutons couldn't be easier to make at home! Perfectly crisp, crunchy, and packed with garlicky-herb flavors.

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375F and line a medium sheet pan with parchment paper. Set aside.
  • Combine bread cubes, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, and olive oil on prepared sheet pan and toss until evenly combined. Arrange croutons in a single layer on pan and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Bake croutons at 375F 12-15 minutes, tossing croutons halfway through baking until croutons are golden-brown. Sprinkle croutons with a little Parmesan if desired.
  • Allow croutons to cool completely before storing in an airtight container. Enjoy!
