Instructions

  • Combine sugar, honey, cocoa, heavy cream, and milk in a small saucepan and bring to a simmer over medium heat. Allow to simmer 2-3 minutes until slightly thickened, stirring frequently.
  • Remove sauce from heat and immediately whisk in chocolate, vanilla, and salt until chocolate is smooth and melted.
  • Allow hot fudge to cool slightly before using or store in refrigerator until ready to use. Reheat sauce before serving.

Storing Instructions
Store sauce in refrigerator up to 2 weeks. Reheat in microwave 15-30 seconds to return to sauce consistency before serving.
