Take your fruit salad along to those summer picnics the easy way! Layer it up rainbow-style in a jar with a creamy citrus yogurt dressing. This layered fruit salad will quickly become a summer favorite.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon orange juice
  • 2 teaspoons grated orange zest
  • 2 tablespoons honey or agave nectar
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups fresh diced pineapple
  • 2 cups fresh diced strawberries
  • 2 medium kiwi, peeled and diced
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries

Instructions

  • In a small bowl, whisk yogurt, mayonnaise, orange juice, orange zest, honey, and vanilla until smooth. Divide dressing between 4 (16 oz) jars.
  • Divide diced pineapple, strawberries, kiwi, and blueberries between jars, arranging on top of dressing. Store fruit salad in refrigerator up to 2 days. Shake fruit to coat in dressing just before serving. Enjoy!
