Roasted to perfection in maple syrup and spices, these maple candied pecans and almonds make the ultimate holiday snack or gift!

  • Preheat oven to 300F. Line a large sheet pan with parchment paper and set aside.
  • Place egg whites in a large bowl and use a handheld electric mixer to beat egg whites to stiff peaks. Fold in brown sugar, maple syrup, spices, salt, and nuts until evenly coated.
  • Spread nuts in a single layer on prepared sheet pan. Bake nuts at 300F 40-50 minutes, stirring once halfway through baking until nuts are a deep golden brown.
  • Allow nuts to cool completely then break into chunks for serving. Enjoy!
