Place chickpeas in a large shallow bowl and mash well with a fork or potato masher. Fold garlic, parsley, lemon juice, and olive oil into chickpeas. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Arrange smashed chickpea mixture, tomato, cucumber, red onion, and feta cheese between tortillas, arranging ingredients in the center of each tortilla. Sprinkle a little salt and pepper on top to season vegetables.
Tightly roll up wraps burrito-style and slice each wrap in half for serving. Enjoy!
