Instructions

  • Combine cranberries, apple cider, sugar, honey, orange zest, and cinnamon in a medium saucepan.
  • Bring cranberries to a boil over medium-high heat, then reduce heat to medium-low and allow to simmer 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally until cranberries have broken down and sauce is thickened.
  • Chill cranberry sauce before serving and serve with additional orange zest and rosemary sprigs for garnish. Enjoy!
