  • Preheat oven to 300F and line a large sheet pan with parchment paper. Set aside.
  • In a large bowl, whisk peanut butter, nutella, coconut oil, maple syrup, and vanilla until smooth. Add oats, peanuts, flaxseed, cinnamon, and salt and fold until everything is evenly coated.
  • Spread granola in an even layer on prepared sheet pan. Bake granola at 300F 40-45 minutes, stirring once halfway through baking, until granola is golden brown. Allow granola to cool completely before storing or serving. Enjoy!
