These protein peanut butter balls take only a handful of ingredients to throw together and taste exactly like a peanut butter cup!

  • Line a plate with parchment paper. Mix peanut butter, protein powder, yogurt, honey, vanilla, and salt until combined. Scoop dough into 10 uniform balls and arrange on parchment paper. Place bites in freezer to chill 15 minutes.
  • Melt dark chocolate and coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl 30-60 seconds on high in microwave, stirring at 15-second intervals until chocolate is smooth.
  • Dip chilled peanut butter balls into melted chocolate and place back on parchment paper. Top chocolate with minced peanuts and salt.
  • Return balls to freezer and chill an additional 15 minutes until chocolate is firm. Store balls in refrigerator up to 1 week or freezer up to 2 months.
