3kiwispeeled and diced
3cupsgrapeshalved
2orangespeeled and diced

2cupsfresh diced pineapple
DRESSING:
1/3cupcoconut sugaror brown sugar
1/3cuplime juice
1tablespoonfresh minced ginger
Instructions
In a large serving bowl, combine all fruit. Set aside.
Make the dressing: In a small saucepan, bring sugar, lime juice, and ginger to a simmer until sugar is dissolved. Remove from heat and cool slightly.
