This creamy piña colada smoothie will make you feel like you took a trip to the tropics! Packed with lots of fruit, coconut flavor, and a big protein boost as well.

Ingredients

  • 1-1/2 cups frozen sliced strawberries
  • 1-1/2 cup frozen pineapple chunks
  • 2 scoops vanilla protein powder
  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk
  • 1 to 1-1/4 cups 2% or skim milk
  • Honey or agave nectar to taste
  • Toasted coconut flakes and a pineapple wedge for garnish, optional

Instructions

  • Place strawberries, pineapple, protein powder, yogurt, coconut milk, and 1 cup 2% milk in blender and blend on high speed until smoothie is smooth and creamy, adding a splash more 2% milk if needed. Sweeten smoothie with honey if desired.
  • Pour smoothie into a glass and garnish with optional coconut flakes and pineapple wedge. Serve immediately.
