In a small bowl, whisk vinegar, mustard, honey, garlic, and Italian seasoning. Slowly drizzle in olive oil, whisking constantly until dressing is smooth. Season dressing with salt and pepper to taste.
Arrange avocado and tomato slices on a serving plate. Season lightly with salt and pepper to taste.
Drizzle dressing over top of tomatoes and avocado and garnish with feta, capers, pine nuts, and torn basil. Serve salad immediately and enjoy!
