  • In a small bowl, whisk vinegar, mustard, honey, garlic, and Italian seasoning. Slowly drizzle in olive oil, whisking constantly until dressing is smooth. Season dressing with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Arrange avocado and tomato slices on a serving plate. Season lightly with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Drizzle dressing over top of tomatoes and avocado and garnish with feta, capers, pine nuts, and torn basil. Serve salad immediately and enjoy!
