White chocolate and pumpkin spice are a match made in coffee heaven with these simple hot mochas that call for a handful of ingredients and are ready for sipping in less than 10 minutes!
Place pumpkin and white chocolate in a medium saucepan. Over medium heat, melt until mixture is smooth. Slowly whisk in spice, milk, and agave until smooth and incorporated. Bring mixture to a very low simmer, then remove from heat and transfer to a blender. Add vanilla to blender then blend on high speed until milk is foamy.
Divide coffee between 3 coffee cups. Pour foamy pumpkin/milk mixture over coffee. Top mochas with whipped cream and serve immediately while warm.
