For the ultimately EASY week morning breakfast, these raspberry-packed dark chocolate smoothie bowls are a must-try! So healthy and filling, it’ll keep you full for hours!
Today marks an important Friday, friends. It is the day that smoothie bowls officially became MY THING.
Actually the actual official day was last Thursday. Today’s the day I share my proof with y’all. And the day smoothie bowls become YOUR thing too.
I win at Friday rationalization, guys. Just admit it.
Now for our smoothie bowl business. Let’s just get to it. We have SO arrived at the cool kids club now, friends.
So summertime is go-go-GO time for most peeps right? Especially in the morning for this girl. Easy-peasy is the name of the game as far as breakfast goes and my current obsession right now is smoothies.
All the smoothies my Vitamix will give me and that is a LOT guys. I love that thing like it’s my kid or something.
Anyway. I usually don’t want anything heavier than liquids in the wee hours of summer mornings anyway so coffee and/or smoothies are my BFFs.
But we all know about bowl eating right? Quite simply, it rules and smoothies in a glass is just not trendy anymore.
I try my best to be trendy where I can be…so only smoothie bowls for yours truly from here on out, y’all.
Okay so here’s the rules involved smoothie bowls. —>
Rule number one: there are NO rules! All we’re doing is making a simple smoothie, dumping it in a bowl, piling the top with all the toppings you desire, and lastly digging in with your face. Er, spoon. Your choice.
For this particular pink beauty you see today…raspberries + dark chocolate = all kinds of breakfast glory. Man oh man This is the best breakfast ever.
My face wants it NOW and I can’t ignore.
Ready to be Friday trendy with me? It is breakfast bowl time, y’all.
