Covered in a flavorful homemade teriyaki sauce and ready in only 30 minutes, these Asian-style turkey meatballs are perfect for a last-minute dinner and so good over pasta or rice!
I dare ya to find me something I won’t smother copious amounts of my homemade teriyaki sauce over. Spoiler alert: I promise you that list is quite short.
Take these freaking awesome turkey meatballs for example. LIVING PROOF that beef ain’t all that.
Again, the homemade teriyaki sauce seals the meatball deal. This ain’t our first rodeo btw.
This IS however, the first time in a loooooong time that a humble turkey meatball has stolen the dinner show like this. P.S. I want it to happen every night.
The title isn’t making anything up, guys. These turkey meatballs are one ‘n’ done in THIRTY minutes max.
- I just use a simple meatballs base for these and there’s really no need to mess with perfection. Mix ‘er all up, scoop, and bake.
- While the meatballs bake, it is SAUCE time! I dress up my classic teriyaki sauce with a mess of sesame seeds and parsley for some color.
- Meatballs —> meet sauce. Let them get smothered in every drop, please. ?? You should be loving your life choices at this point.
From there, you can choose from rice, pasta, etc to make a bed for turkey meatballs of perfection. Pile them HIGH. Like leaning tower of meatballs kinda-high.
Then wonder why you ever thought beef meatballs were good. ??

I haven’t made the meatballs however my sister made the sauce for some meatballs I had made. That sauce is delicious! This is my sisters go to sauce recipe for meatballs, now it’s mine too. We had about 90 meatballs, chicken breast and numerous side dishes for Easter. The meatballs were all eaten, 15 adults. Everyone raved about the meatball sauce!

Loved these minced turkey meatballs, my husband enjoyed mixing and rolls the balls in his hands to form them. Sauce was delicious. I usually use ready made packet sauce but this was so easy and delicious. Had with a vast selection of stir fried veggies.
