Where I’m trying to go currently as a matter of fact. Friends, I was walking to class in temps of -12 this past week. During the day, mind you. I couldn’t make up this horror if I tried.

Pretty tropical smoothies like this are freaking WORTH IT. I donno about you but I’m 1000% always down for any drink that has tropical anything in it.
Today we literally HAVE IT ALL. We got our orange, coconut, mango, banana, PLUS all the power goodness from chia seeds, greek yogurt, flaxseeds, and protein powder.
Basically a meal in a drink, guys. I’m rolling with that.

Mango Orange Coconut Power Smoothie
- 2 cups frozen mango chunks
- 1 medium ripe banana
- 1/2 cup flaked coconut
- 1/4 cup orange juice concentrate
- 1/3 cup vanilla greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon protein powder
- 1 tablespoon flaxseeds
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 2 tablespoons agave syrup
- 1 cup milk
- In a high-speed blender, blend all ingredients on high speed until smooth and creamy. Pour smoothie into glasses and serve immediately. Enjoy!
