- Unsalted butter - Chicken breasts - Olive oil - Garlic - Chicken broth - Heavy cream
- Dijon mustard - Lemon - Parsley
Season chicken on both sides with salt and pepper to taste. Melt butter and olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat and sear chicken on both sides until golden brown.
In same skillet over medium heat, sauté garlic in butter until fragrant. Stir in chicken broth, mustard, and heavy cream until smooth.
Nestle chicken breasts into sauce, cover pan, and allow to simmer over low heat 8-10 minutes, folding occasionally until chicken registers 165F.
Fold lemon zest, juice, and parsley into sauce and season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve chicken warm over rice or pasta. Enjoy!
