In a shallow bowl, whisk egg and milk together until smooth. Combine breadcrumbs, Parmesan, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne, salt, and pepper in a separate shallow bowl.
Dip ravioli in egg mixture, then roll in breadcrumbs until fully coated. Place on a plate.
Preheat air fryer to 375F for 3 minutes. Spray basket well with cooking spray and working in batches, lay ravioli in a single layer in basket, being careful not to overcrowd basket. Spray ravioli well with cooking spray.
Air fry ravioli at 375F 4-6 minutes until golden brown, flipping ravioli halfway through baking. Repeat cooking with remaining ravioli.
Immediately serve toasted ravioli warm with marinara sauce for dipping. Enjoy!
