These almond butter cookie dough bites taste exactly like real cookie dough and feature a base of creamy almond butter and lots of chocolate chunks. Completely no-bake and lower in sugar!

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup (140g) creamy almond butter
  • 1/2 cup (50g) almond flour
  • 1 scoop (25g) vanilla or chocolate protein powder
  • 3 tablespoons (45g) maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons (40g) plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup (70g) chopped dark or semisweet chocolate
  • Pinch salt

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients in a large bowl until evenly combined. Scoop dough into 1-inch balls and place in a container.
  • Chill bites in refrigerator 1 hour until bites are firm. Store in refrigerator until ready to serve. Enjoy!
