Almond Joy Granola

Packed with almonds, flaked coconut, and rich chocolate, this almond joy granola is the best breakfast twist on the classic candy!

Ingredients

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 300F and line a large sheet pan with parchment paper. Set aside.
  • In a large bowl, combine oats, coconut, almonds, cocoa, and salt. Pour coconut oil, syrup, and vanilla over top and fold well until combined.
  • Spread granola in an even layer in prepared pan. Bake granola at 300F 40-45 minutes, stirring once halfway through baking, until granola is a light golden brown.
  • Sprinkle chocolate chips over warm granola and fold until melted. Allow granola to cool completely then break into chunks. Enjoy!
