Preheat oven to 300F and line a large sheet pan with parchment paper. Set aside.
In a large bowl, combine oats, coconut, almonds, cocoa, and salt. Pour coconut oil, syrup, and vanilla over top and fold well until combined.
Spread granola in an even layer in prepared pan. Bake granola at 300F 40-45 minutes, stirring once halfway through baking, until granola is a light golden brown.
Sprinkle chocolate chips over warm granola and fold until melted. Allow granola to cool completely then break into chunks. Enjoy!
