Tangy block feta is baked with juicy cherry tomatoes and a spicy hot honey drizzled on top! Serve this easy appetizer with lots of toasted bread for dipping.
In a small saucepan over medium-high heat, melt butter then whisk in honey, garlic, hot sauce, and red pepper flakes and bring to a low simmer. Remove hot honey from heat and season with salt to taste. Keep warm (if hot honey solidifies, bring to a gentle simmer over medium heat or microwave 15 seconds to return to liquid form)
Lightly grease a 9-inch square baking dish and preheat oven to 400F. Arrange cherry tomatoes in a single layer and place feta in the center of pan. Drizzle hot honey over top of feta and tomatoes. Bake feta and tomatoes 20-25 minutes until feta is soft when center is lightly touched and tomatoes are soft and juicy.
Top feta with fresh basil and a drizzle of balsamic glaze and serve warm with toasted bread slices for dipping. Enjoy!
