Leftover brisket is the perfect meaty base for this creamy, flavorful BBQ beef brisket dip that goes great with chips, crackers, or as sandwich spread!

Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 3/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup barbecue sauce
  • 1/4 cup minced green onion
  • 2 medium cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon light brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon smoked or regular paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 lb shredded beef brisket
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Additional green onions and barbecue sauce for topping
  • Chips or crackers for serving

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, combine softened cream cheese, Greek yogurt, barbecue sauce, green onion, garlic, brown sugar, spices, and brisket until creamy. Season dip with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Store dip in refrigerator up to 6 days. Top with additional green onions and a drizzle of barbecue sauce for serving and serve with your choice of chip for dipping. Enjoy!
