Juicy grilled blackened chicken thighs are stuffed between buns with lots of creamy avocado slaw. This blackened chicken sandwich will quickly become a favorite!

Instructions
Avocado Slaw
Place avocado in a large bowl and mash well with a fork. Fold in mayonnaise, garlic, and honey until smooth. Toss in cabbage and green onion until evenly coated in dressing. Season slaw with salt and pepper to taste and refrigerate until ready to serve.
Blackened Chicken Sandwich
In a small bowl, paprika, cumin, onion powder, garlic powder, chili powder, salt, and pepper. Place chicken thighs on a plate and rub spice mixture all over until evenly coated.
Lightly grease the grates of a grill and preheat to 400F. Add chicken to grill and cook, turning occasionally until chicken registers 165F.
Place chicken thighs on toasted buns and top with slaw and additional avocado slices and green onions. Serve sandwiches immediately and enjoy!
