Real pumpkin, lots of fall spices, and caramel syrup come together in this caramel pumpkin spice latte that you can easily whip up at home in minutes!

Ingredients

  • 1-1/2 cups whole or 2% milk
  • 4 tablespoons caramel syrup
  • 4 teaspoons pumpkin puree
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • 2 shots brewed espresso (or 2 oz very strong-brewed coffee)
  • Whipped cream, caramel sauce, and pumpkin pie spice for serving

Instructions

  • Heat milk over medium heat or in microwave until steaming and add caramel syrup, pumpkin, vanilla, and pumpkin pie spice. Pour milk into a pitcher and use a foam wand to foam milk 30-60 seconds until frothy.
  • Divide espresso between 2 cups and top with steamed milk mixture. Top coffee with whipped cream, a few drizzles of caramel sauce, and a sprinkle of pumpkin pie spice. Serve immediately and enjoy!
