Creamy gingerbread overnight oats are piled high with soft caramelized pears and you'll never want your overnight oats any other way again this winter!
Heat butter in a medium skillet over medium-high heat until melted. Add pears, sugar, and cinnamon to skillet and saute several minutes until pears are softened and caramelized. Let cool then store in refrigerator.
Gingerbread Overnight Oats
In a large mason jar, combine oats, milk, yogurt, molasses, sugar, vanilla, and spices. Screw lid on and shake to combine. Let chill in fridge overnight or at least 8 hours.
Remove oats from fridge and divide between 3 serving glasses. Top each with remaining caramelized pears. Serve overnight oats immediately and enjoy!
