In a small bowl, combine all sauce ingredients until smooth. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Refrigerate until ready to use.
Chickpea Fritters
Place chickpeas in a large bowl and use a fork or potato masher to mash. Mix in flour, egg, dill, garlic, cumin, coriander, salt, and pepper until evenly combined.
Form chickpea mixture into 5 fritters and place on a plate. In a large skillet over medium-high heat, heat vegetable oil. Once pan is hot, add fritters and cook 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
Drain fritters on paper towels and serve immediately with lemon dill sauce for dipping. Enjoy!
