In a medium bowl, combine all spread ingredients until creamy. Season with salt and pepper to taste and store spread in refrigerator until ready to use.
Breakfast Sandwich
Slice tomato into thin slices and blot dry with paper towels. Season tomatoes with salt to taste.
Melt butter in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add eggs and cook over-easy or over-hard style until set. Season eggs with salt and pepper to taste and remove from pan.
Arrange bottom halves of toasted English muffins or bagels on a cutting board. Layer each with a lettuce leaf, avocado slices, tomato slices, egg, smoked salmon, and capers. Garnish top with additional fresh parsley or dill.
Spread goat cheese spread in an even layer over each remaining toasted bread half and place on top of sandwiches. Serve breakfast sandwiches immediately and enjoy!
