Gooey gruyere cheese, sliced deli ham, and a chive honey mustard spruce up classic ham and cheese croissant sliders into a winning appetizer that will disappear within minutes every time!

  • Adjust oven rack to middle and preheat oven to 375F. Lightly grease a 9x13 baking dish, arrange croissant bottom halves in baking dish, and top with ham slices. Set aside for a moment.
  • In a small bowl, whisk mustards, honey, mayonnaise, and chives. Season sauce with salt and pepper to taste and brush in an even layer over ham slices. Top with gruyere and top halves of croissants.
  • In a small bowl, whisk butter, poppyseeds, garlic, and salt and pepper to taste. Brush butter mixture evenly over croissants and cover pan with foil.
  • Bake sliders at 375F 15 minutes then remove foil and continue baking an additional 5-10 minutes until sliders are golden-brown and cheese is melted. Serve sliders warm and enjoy!

Sliders are best if served immediately after assembly.
