Ingredients
1quartfresh or frozen strawberries, hulled and quartered (about 4 cups)
Place all ingredients in a medium saucepan over medium-high heat. Bring strawberry sauce to a simmer, then reduce heat to medium-low and allow to simmer, stirring occasionally until sauce is reduced and thickened, about 5-10 minutes.
Remove sauce from heat and allow to cool slightly before transferring to a jar and storing in refrigerator.
