Ingredients
4mediumripe, yet firm peaches, sliced into 1/4-inch thick wedges
Preheat oven to 400F. Line a medium sheet pan with parchment paper.
Arrange peach slices in a single layer on prepared sheet pan and drizzle with honey. Roast peaches at 400F 10-15 minutes until softened and juicy.
Arrange bread in a single layer on a separate large sheet pan and drizzle with olive oil. Broil bread 1-2 minutes until golden brown, flip slices, and broil on opposite side 1-2 minutes until golden brown. Transfer slices to a serving plate.
Break burrata into 8 pieces and spread in an even layer over toasted bread slices. Arrange roasted peaches in a fan on top and garnish toast with prosciutto if using, toasted almonds, fresh basil, and additional drizzles of honey. Serve immediately and enjoy!
