Glazed in a sweet and spicy hot honey sauce and roasted alongside tender broccoli, this hot honey glazed salmon is a quick weeknight meal that comes together on one sheet pan.

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 2 medium cloves garlic, minced
  • 2-3 tablespoons hot sauce
  • 1/2-1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1-1/2 lbs salmon fillets (about 4)
  • 1 lb broccoli, cut into 1-inch florets
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Steamed rice and green onions for serving

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400F. Lightly grease a large sheet pan and set aside for a moment.
  • In a small saucepan over medium-high heat, melt butter then whisk in honey, garlic, hot sauce, and red pepper flakes and bring to a low simmer. Remove hot honey from heat.
  • Arrange salmon fillets and broccoli on sheet pan and season with salt and pepper. Reserve 2 tablespoons hot honey and set aside. Spoon remaining hot honey over salmon fillets and broccoli and toss broccoli to evenly coat.
  • Roast salmon and broccoli at 400F 15-20 minutes until salmon registers 130F and broccoli is tender. Remove from oven and drizzle remaining hot honey over salmon. Serve warm with steamed rice and green onions on top. Enjoy!
