  • Preheat oven to 350F. Line a 9-inch baking pan with parchment paper and set aside.
  • Melt butter in a medium saucepan over medium heat, swirling pan 3-5 minutes until butter is a deep golden brown. Remove from heat and allow butter to cool 5 minutes.
  • Pour browned butter into a large bowl and whisk in both sugars. Whisk in egg and vanilla until smooth. Fold in flour, oats, salt, and chocolate chips until batter is just combined.
  • Spread batter into prepared pan and smooth top. Bake blondies at 350F 25-30 minutes or until edges are golden-brown (the middle will still be slightly soft).
  • Cool bars completely on a wire cooling rack before slicing into squares and serving. Enjoy!
