These orange tofu lettuce wraps are tofu's version of orange chicken! Crispy baked tofu is tossed with a sweet homemade orange sauce and then piled in butter lettuce leaves with lots of green onions and sesame seeds on top.

Ingredients
Crispy Tofu
1block (12 oz)extra-firm tofu (pressed 30-60 minutes and diced into 1/2-inch cubes)
Preheat oven to 425F. Grease a large sheet pan well and set aside.
In a medium bowl, toss all tofu ingredients until evenly coated and season with salt and pepper to taste. Spread in an even layer on prepared sheet pan.
Bake tofu at 425F 20-25 minutes until golden-brown and crispy, shaking pan halfway through baking. Set aside for a moment.
Orange Sauce
In a medium bowl, whisk orange juice, orange zest, soy sauce, rice vinegar, sugar, and cornstarch mixture until smooth.
Pour orange sauce mixture in a medium skillet and bring to a simmer over medium heat, stirring frequently until sauce is thickened.
Fold in crispy tofu and season with salt and pepper to taste if needed. Spoon tofu into lettuce cups and top with sesame seeds and green onions. Enjoy!
