Brown Sugar Streusel

  • Preheat oven to 350F. Line a small sheet pan with parchment paper and set aside.
  • In a medium bowl, combine all streusel ingredients until crumbly. Spread crumbs into an even layer on prepared sheet pan. Bake streusel at 350F 5-7 minutes until a light golden brown. Allow streusel to cool completely.

Peach Popsicles

  • Combine all popsicle ingredients in a blender or food processor until smooth, scraping down sides as necessary.
  • Pour half of mixture into popsicle molds. Top with half of streusel and repeat layers. Freeze popsicles 4 hours or overnight until popsicles are solid. Enjoy!
